Check In Policy:-

1. Temperature check on arrival and departure
2. Contact less Check in & Check out
3. Face mask required for the guest & staff in public areas
4. Hand Sanitizer available at each common area
5. Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
6. Individually wrapped Covid-19 Kit upon Check In
7. Doctors available 24/7
8. Staff required to regularly wash hands
9. A guest check-in self-declaration form is in place which covers COVID-19 symptoms. Any guest who indicates these symptoms is required to undergo a medical examination prior to check-in.
10. All supplies and materials are sanitized before being admitted into the hotel premises.

Cleaning of Rooms:-

1. All linens sanitized in high temperature wash.
2. Individually wrapped toiletries in room
3. For the safety of our guests, rooms will be sanitized after guests check out, kept vacant for 24 hours and then allocated
4. All touch points in public areas like door handles, elevator buttons, counter tops, table tops, railings, etc. are cleaned continuously using a sanitizer/ disinfectant. These practices are also in place in guest rooms during the morning housekeeping service and at turndown in the evening.

Maintaining highest standards in Restaurants :-

1. Restaurants and seating in the lobby have been reconfigured to ensure safe distances are maintained between guests
2. All service associates wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adhere to stringent safety norms and hygiene protocols.
3. Introduction of use and throw menu for the guest
4. Use of hand sanitisers in restaurants
5. Washing and sanitisation of vegetables, fruits and groceries
6. Preparation of food in small quantities to ensure fresh food is served to the guests.
7. Tables and chairs are duly sanitised after every use.
8. All crockery, cutlery, glassware is sanitised and packed in food-grade covers for protection.
9. Buffets have been temporarily paused, à la carte service is being offered.

Staff Protocols:-

1. Contact-less entry protocol through the back office.
2. Daily temperature checks.
3. Mandatory PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all associates.
4. Regular sanitisation protocols.
5. All associates undergo a certified hygiene training programme.
6. Remodelled heart-of-the-house infrastructure (from staff cafeterias to lockers) for safe distancing.
7. Stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms
